Our properties, located 1 mile south of Blackwell on Rt. 414, are nestled in the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon and border the Rails-to-Trails, offering access for walking or bike riding.  This area is also home of many wildlife species including bald eagles, black bears, White-tailed deer, wild turkeys, and more! Each property overlooks Pine Creek, home of PA State stocked trout and rafting.  We are within walking distance of State Forest lands for hiking or hunting and hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails and cross country skiing.  We are also located approximately 15 minutes from Ski Sawmill.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CABIN AND FARMHOUSE RENTALS:

Jim and Joyce have transitioned the bookings and management of the cabin and farmhouse rentals and properties to their kids in 2023 while retaining the Bed & Breakfast rentals.  You will notice our top menus have changed to split out the Bed & Breakfast and Cabins separately as they will be different contacts moving forward.  While there have been some changes with the transition, our goal continues to be to provide you with a getaway to make lasting experiences and memories in our places here in Tioga County, PA.  You can check out our NEW for 2025 page for new updates and reminders with the cabin rentals.  Cabin and farmhouse bookings and questions will no longer be handled by Jim and Joyce, and you can find new contact information for those properties on the Cabin's Contact Info page.  We look forward in helping to provide you with the best vacation experience possible.
