NEW and things of note for 2025

Thank you for considering us for your vacation rental.  Our goal is to provide you with the best vacation experience we possibly can.  If there is anything that does not meet your satisfaction or anything you feel we can do better, please don't hesitate to contact us and let us know.  Below are some notable changes and reminders, some of which you would have already seen this past year.

• High speed internet and phone are available at both rental properties.  Internet access and phone numbers will be provided prior to your stay.
• Bookings reminders -
  • Next year future dates for 2026 bookings will not be made or held in advance and available dates will be booked on a first come/first serve basis beginning January 2nd, 2026.  You can begin calling or emailing to reserve your dates for 2026 at that time.  We will contact you to confirm dates and information in the order these communications are received.
  • The link to the booking site on our "Reservations & Rates" page is to assist in identifying dates that are available for booking and does not allow for booking online.  To reserve your dates, please contact us via phone or email available on the "Contact Info" page.
• Firewood – Free firewood will no longer be provided. Firewood will be available to purchase for a fee at the Bed and Breakfast (adjacent property). Important note that the state of Pennsylvania prohibits the movement of firewood from out of state and specified counties in the state.
